FAQ:

Why won't the film on my CD play on my computer?

WINDOWS:
Insert the CD. From the START menu open MY COMPUTER and then open the CD icon by right-clicking on it and selecting OPEN. Finally click on the film file.

MAC:
Insert the CD. Two CD icons will appear; click on the one which is NOT called AUDIO CD. Finally click on the film file.

The films included on our enhanced discs are mov files. These files should be playable using Apple's Quicktime software, in addition to various other media players. If you are experiencing problems with the playback of your film, check that you have the most up-to-date version of this software. It is available for free download at www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
